Gaminder.com Refund & Return Policy

At Gaminder.com, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital goods

  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged due to misuse

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email support@gaminder.com with order number and reason

  • We’ll provide return instructions and a return address

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or incorrect

4. Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to request an exchange with clear photographic evidence.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and your order ID.

7. Lost or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company

  • If issues persist, email support@gaminder.com

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After processing or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU customer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days, no questions asked. Email us to exercise this right.
